YGS3608CNC型高速干、濕切臥式數(shù)控滾齒機(jī)采用展成法原理，通過(guò)數(shù)控系統(tǒng)電

子齒輪箱(EGB)功能，實(shí)現(xiàn)分齒運(yùn)動(dòng)和差動(dòng)補(bǔ)償運(yùn)動(dòng)。能完成圓柱齒輪、斜齒

輪、鼓形齒輪、蝸輪及花鍵等齒的加工。

本機(jī)床為高速數(shù)控滾齒機(jī)，非常適合于儀器、儀表制造行業(yè)、汽車(chē)、摩托車(chē)行業(yè)，

微型減速機(jī)行業(yè)及國(guó)防軍工等企業(yè)的小模數(shù)齒輪大批量加工。

YGS3608CNC dry or wet horizontal type high speed Gear hobbing machine

Adopted with principle of generating method and CNC EGB,to achieve gear rack movement and differential compensation,Dry or wet cutting,horizontal type,YGS3610B CNC gear hobbing machine is available to precisely produce cylindrical gear,helical gear,drum gear,worm gear and spline etc.

This model is widely applied for large production of small module gears in the Industries of instruments/apparatus,electric tools,motorcycle/auto,reducer motor and aeronautics/astronautics or defense military field etc.

主要特點(diǎn)MAIN FEATURES:

1、本機(jī)床為五軸四聯(lián)動(dòng)，五個(gè)數(shù)控軸為:

B一滾刀主軸回轉(zhuǎn)運(yùn)動(dòng)

C一工作臺(tái)主軸箱回轉(zhuǎn)運(yùn)動(dòng)

X一徑向進(jìn)給運(yùn)動(dòng)

Y一切向進(jìn)給運(yùn)動(dòng)

Z一軸向進(jìn)給運(yùn)動(dòng)

四個(gè)聯(lián)動(dòng)軸為:B軸、C軸、X軸、Z軸;

2、采用電子齒輪箱(EGB)實(shí)現(xiàn)分齒運(yùn)動(dòng)和差動(dòng)補(bǔ)償運(yùn)動(dòng);

3、快退保護(hù)功能:在斷電或發(fā)生故障按下急停時(shí)，同步快退讓刀，避免損壞刀具;

4、具有故障診斷及報(bào)警顯示功能;

5、具有二次切削對(duì)刀功能:在齒輪粗滾熱處理后，精加工硬度HRC59°±2°的硬齒面加工;

6、滾刀主軸、工件主軸采用高精度齒輪副實(shí)現(xiàn)高速高精度分度，并具有消除間隙裝置，提高機(jī)床的運(yùn)動(dòng)精度和零件的加工精度。

7、具有干、濕切功能:選用合適的滾刀可進(jìn)行高速干式切削;

8、加工精度可達(dá)G B / T 10095.1-2008的6級(jí)，齒面粗糙度為Ra1.6u m。

2,Electronic gear box to achieve gear rack and differential

  compensation.

3,Backward protection function:when interruption of power or another kind of emergency

  synchronously retreat knife for protection.

4,Software for fault diagnostics and alarm show.

5,Precise cutter setting in the second cutting after hear treat in initial hobbing,up to the hardness of HRC59°±2°.

6,The hob spindle and the work piece spindle adopt high-precision gear pairs to achieve high-speed and high-precision indexing, and have a gap elimination device to improve the movement accuracy of the machine tool and the processing accuracy of parts.

7,With dry and wet cutting functions: select suitable hobs for high-speed dry cutting

8,The machining accuracy can reach Grade 7 of G B/T 10095.1-2008, and the tooth surface roughness is Ra1.6μm.
